If I say that the novel “Mayi Maara Prasangaya” written by Mahinda Prasad Masimbula made me addicted to reading, it would be absolutely true. The one-sided love that Samidha aiya shows towards Sancharani in the story strongly touched the hearts of everyone who has ever loved or felt lonely.❤️


Among today’s youth, Mayi Maara Prasangaya became a novel that brought both curiosity and a unique emotional experience. The Badulla–Bandarawela train journey and the mountain ranges along the railway track added a special charm to the story. Many young readers who were deeply moved by the novel even went looking for Samidha aiya’s house in Bandarawela.🍃⛰️🛤️


This is not just an ordinary story. It is based on a true incident that happened during the COVID-19 period, which the author transformed into a novel.🫡❤️


After reading it, I didn’t feel like going in search of Samidha aiya’s house… instead, I felt like finding "Sancharani" the one who still doesn’t know about his love, the one who never truly saw it.❤️🥺
