After we came to campus, one of the best friends I met was Sanduni. She is honestly like an elder sister to me. She was born in 2002. Her father is no more, and she lives with her mother and sister. Sanduni’s home is in Panideniya, Kandy. She is a very simple and humble girl, and her voice is really beautiful. Her birthday was on March 26, but at that time we were on campus vacation, so we couldn’t celebrate it in the boarding place. About a month and a half later, the four of us from the boarding house got together and celebrated her birthday. She had really wanted a phone back cover, so I gave it to her as a gift. She was extremely happy. Seeing her happiness made me even happier. It became a very beautiful memory for me. I felt happy because I was able to give someone else a smile.

In the Maasai culture of Kenya and Tanzania, cattle are considered a symbol of wealth, status, and social value.  🐮 The number of cattle given as a bride price often depends on the bride’s family status and the agreement between both families.   The internationally renowned “Ehipassiko” Global Walk for Peace was successfully held in Sri Lanka from April 21 to April 28, 2026. The walk began on April 21 near the sacred Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi in Anuradhapura, and was then officially launched from the Dambulla Royal Cave Temple. Their weight usually ranges between 200 and 600 pounds. This size is perfect for living in forests, allowing them to climb trees and move quickly. Polar Bear This one is a true giant. When standing on its hind legs, a polar bear can reach around 10 feet in height. Their weight can exceed 1,500 pounds in some cases. Why are Polar Bears so big? The Polar Bear has a thick layer of body fat that helps it survive the extreme cold of the Arctic. This fat also stores energy, allowing it to hunt seals and survive long periods without food.

A Zorse is the offspring of a Horse and a Zebra. Zorses are extremely rare, with fewer than 100 believed to exist worldwide. They are usually bred in captivity because horses and zebras do not naturally mate in the wild. One main reason for their rarity is that most Zorses are infertile, meaning they cannot reproduce with each other. This infertility happens because horses and zebras have different numbers of chromosomes. As a result, Zorses are considered hybrids, similar to mules (which come from horses and donkeys). Zorses often inherit the body shape of a horse but have distinctive zebra-like stripes on parts of their body. They can also be more unpredictable in behavior, since zebras are generally more aggressive and harder to tame than horses. Some people breed Zorses for research, work purposes, or simply for their unique appearance. Even though they are fascinating animals, Zorses are not common and remain a rare example of cross-species hybridization.
